In a remarkable gesture of appreciation and recognition, the General Manager of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency(LNSA) has honoured the diligent service of its courageous corps officers and dedicated staff members in an exclusive ceremony held at the LNSA headquarters today.

The General Manager, Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan personally bestowed commendations upon the Corps Officers and Staff of LNSA during the year 2023 Chief Executive Officer's Awards. He acknowledged their unwavering commitment to upholding state security and ensuring the wellbeing of the residents.

During the ceremony, Oyekan expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the selfless efforts and professionalism by the Corps Officers and Staff, especially in the face of recent challenges and unprecedented circumstances.

Ifalade emphasized the indispensable role that they play in ensuring the safety and protection of residents, and how their contributions remain integral to the success of the THEMES plus AGENDA of Mr. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu mission.

In his address, the General Manager highlighted notable achievements of the Corps Officers and Staff, ranging from crime prevention and successful investigations, to community engagement initiatives and humanitarian efforts. He commended their dedication and tireless efforts that go beyond duty, underscoring their commitment to serve and protect.

"This ceremony honoured not only the Corps Officers but also the support staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to maintain the smooth functioning of the agency" Ifalade affirmed.

The event ended with the General Manager personally presenting each Corps Officer and Staff member with a prestigious citation, symbolizing their outstanding contributions and commitment to upholding the values of the Agency.
