In furtherance to the rebranding initiative of LNSC by Mr Governor, the General Manager of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency Prince (Dr) Ifalade Oyekan has admonished Corp Officers to make the best use of every opportunity availed them by the Agency and it's partners.

Oyekan said this at a training workshop program on identification, rescue, report and referral of human trafficking cases, which was held at the Dover Hotel Ikeja.

The four day training workshop is being organized by the National Agency for the prohibition of trafficking in persons (NAPTIP) in collaboration with the European Union and implemented by Expertise France.

According to Prince Ifalade, the Training is timely and another step in the right direction towards achieving the greater lagos initiative of Mr. Governor and the rebranding motive of LNSC.

He further stated that intelligence gathering is key to the development of any state and the Neighborhood Safety Agency with it's Corp is at the forefront at the moment.

The General Manager congratulated the officers as Lagos State is the first State in Nigeria to benefit from this kind of training for the cadre of persons.

It will be recalled that Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency was established by law in September 2016 as a community policing outfit.Read More
