The Lagos State Attorney General and Hon. Commissioner for Justice Mr. Lawal Pedro (SAN) has commended Mr. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his unwavering commitment and support towards the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA)

Pedro made this known at the unveiling of a 32 seater Toyota coaster bus for the agency today at the Agency's headquarters while praising the governor's efforts in enhancing the Agency's capabilities and resources which have contributed to the safety and security of the state.

Lawal applauded the Governor of Lagos State Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo Olu in advancing the commitment of his administration to a reformed, modernized, fully equipped, highly motivated and citizens’ focused Neighbourhood Safety Corp, that is re-oriented to the virtues of professionalism, respect for the rule of law, due process, operational efficiency and best international practices in providing security for the communities in the State.

Pedro in the same vein called on private and corporate bodies to support LNSA as this action will emphasize the importance of collaborative efforts in enhancing community safety and security for all residents

Speaking further, the Attorney General affirmed that, It is in recognition of Mr. Governor's commitment and efforts that the private sector and corporate bodies is motivated and encouraged to support the LNSA.

According to the Chairman House Committee on Security Otunba Olukayode Ogundipe, " When you see Lagos working in terms of Law, order and behavioural patterns know that there are some people working round the clouds to make it so".

In his response, the GM LNSA Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan fisn thanked Mr. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his unflinching support for the Agency and that the 32 seater Toyota coaster bus is for the staff welfare which is a testament to our dedication to our job and we are confident that the multipurpose bus will serve as a reliable and versatile transportation solution to the Agency.

Oyekan also show his gratitude to the General Manager Lagos State Lotteries Board Mr. Bashiru Are who was ably represented by Mrs. Toyin Idowu for his constant support for the Agency.
